Does anyone else out there suffer with headaches/migraines/worsening anxiety symptoms etc according to…?
the WEATHER?
Do you get affected in anyway by barometric pressure?
And if so, why?
I suffer terribly when a storm/heavy weather/very windy weather is coming, dont even have to look at the weather, I just feel it. I’ve had a couple of head injuries years ago and I always feel pain th the site of the injury also. Can anyone explain why this happens and if youve had this experiince can you share please I’d like to compare thanks.
The cold weather makes my joints ache. Right now my arms are really sore. I frequently suffer from headaches and the occasional migraine, although I think they’re diet related.
Stomach Pains.
Dizziness.
Weakness.
Constipation & Diarrhea.
Nausea.
Acid reflex & Heartburn.
Empty stomach feeling even after eating.
& Queasiness.
Because of these symptoms I have been to the Hospital twice and my doctors twice and another walk-in clinic once.
They all say nerves.
I recent;y started going to a therapist.
The day before yesterday I didn’t go to sleep and I stayed up all day yesterday to the point were I was so tired that I wasn’t tired (Like overly tired) and I started feeling crappy.
I finally fell asleep last night at around 5am or so and I kept waking up every now and then because I was having nightmares.
And then I woke up all the way at around 4pm
Is this because of my nerves?
Maybe my Sleep?
Wat is causing this?
I hate it very much.
Welcome to my world. It’s a shame no one has prescribed you something for anxiety. You need to let them know about the sleep issues and nightmares, that’s when they finally did something about mine. I only take them during attacks or bouts extreme anxiety.
If you’re young they try not to do that though. Try home remedies for anxiety like warm baths, sleeping aids when necessary, and get on a better sleep schedule. Having your days flip-flopped like that takes a toll on you mentally because you know you should be sleeping which makes you more anxious. I was homeschooled and did most of my work at night and I felt okay for a while then it all started. Start taking a vitamin and just get active at controlling your body. Stop whatever you making you anxious inside unresolved friend/boyfriend issues? secrets? events? just change what needs to be changed as best you can and take care of your body.
As silly as it sounds, from one sufferer to another, just be happy and your body will follow suit.

I had my first panic attack ever back in August at a concert. After that, I’ve felt lightheaded/dizzy NONSTOP. I’ve been seeing a psychologist, thinking it was anxiety, which I don’t think has really helped.. I had blood tests done, with nothing really major found aside from a high TSH level, which might be something to look at, but I don’t think it could have triggered the panic attack. I went to an ENT who couldn’t find anything wrong either. I had another thing on new years day with a weird crushing feeling in my head, I went to the ER, and they found NOTHING. I’m not sure what to do! I can barely even live my life anymore, and I’m planning on going to college next year, which I don’t think I’ll be able to do if I still feel dizzy all of the time. I just want my life back. Did anyone else ever have this constant woozy feeling? What was yours caused by? I hate it.
I actually do get light headed and shakey sometimes. I thought it was more of a hypoglycemia thing. I pretty much just ended up gaining weight from freaking out and eating to often. I’ll get days where I don’t feel that great or light headed. The doctors really didn’t find anything. But yes I’ve been light headed a lot for the past 5-10 years. I actually wondered if it was anxiety. Sometimes I’ll feel that in groups. My sinuses suck so I’ve basically figured it could be allergies. I got sick of seeing doctors and complaining, so I’ve learned to live with it. Don’t know if it’s the same thing you got, but I understand your frustration. Don’t let it ruin your life whatever it is. Plan on going to college and make it work.
